I just saw that IGN have awarded R:TW both the Best Strategy Game and Best Use of Sound 2004, and it's runner up in Game Of the Year behind HL2.

Not a bad haul really.

I only listen to PCG's awards that come out in January, but it is nice to hear that RTW is being recognized by other magazines.

Right at the top of the screen, under the little picture and google search options you will see a blue bar with assorted links on it. Choose user CP, then there is an option 'edit avatar' in the column down the left side. You get more avatars as your post count and rank go up.
