How to dismount cavalry units?????

There are Instances when dismounting is the only option. I find in late games that Royal Knights will chew up Chivalric Knights, because the latters inferior defense and armour.

I never thought of that, hmm I will have to add it to the arsenal.

Bridge battles I still keep some of my cav. I like to apply constant pressure once I get the defenders to rout. Although I will dismount as many as I can when defending a bridge. Foot Knights of any type can hold a bridge a disturbingly long time. But then again so can Feudal Spears.
