I think your grandmother fails to notice that hitler allowed the extermination of millions of peoples from ethnic minorities. Anyways, i would like to know why hollywood always portrays the bad guys in their movies as having british accents? (or german accents). I understand why they have bad guys with german accents (however shaky that reason may be) but why british? What did we do?

She knows it happened and thinks that hitler went too far. When she thinks about hitler she thinks about the pre-war stuff, getting presents from the state and Germany being saved. Everything after that she thinks was a bad idea.

She does not like seeing hitler and WW2 stuff on TV and in newspapers, because it like putting salt in a wound.
