Movie about the Crusades...

Hollywood not screwing this one up? You have more being killed by a comet when the sun sets tomorrow. From the trailer we can deduce a lot, and let's look at the facts:

-It contains women as main characters, which for a film like this CAN ONLY MEAN half of it will be taken up with romance

-It is made by 20th Century Fox

-It is a Hollywood film

-It quite obviously portrays the muslims as evil barbaric people (which seems to be where every big-battle-based hollywood movie screws up, with the exception of Troy) which would be wrong because if anybody was so barbaric in the crusades it would have to be the crusaders themselves

-And most importantly, it contains Orlando Bloom.

We might as well not even bother praying that Hollywood is going to get this right, especially after Troy, King Arthur and Alexander.

I want to see some proper European movie about something like this. With blood and guts and people dying horribly. Like Troy but less crappy.
