units officials (centurions and others)
hi , i dont know is this very important but , i believe that this can make the game more realistic... why only advanced units have a centurion or someone who carry the flag , but , for examples , hoplites , spartans and others dont have anyone! , so , its some mod or something to give all the units a centurion ??? or unit comander????

hey are they why some units are a little big? example urban cohorts are 42 men

Because they have a centurion (officer) and a centuries signifier (NCO). This was similar to the legions eagle but each century in a cohort had one and it was this that they would rally around. The Romans seem to be the only factions with 2 officers in their units though.

I'm a bit miffed that Carthage doesn't have officers, at least for their 'home grown' units like Poeni Infantry and Sacred Band Infantry.

Don't underestimate the effect of the officers and bannermen. They are quite powerful warriors in their own right, having 2 HP each.
So a centurion for a unit of Urban Infantry is about the most powerful man in the game. And the best part about them... They regenerate.
