    Default changing the start off traits

    Is there any way to change the START OFF traits...lets say Flavius Juluis has the "skilled Bureaucrat" trait when you start a new game, is there any way to change it to "superb adminstrator"?...all l found was the export_descr_character_traits...am l missing something here?...someone plz help...thx in advance...
