Attention all modders. This is a public service announcement brought to you [rather haughtily] by Alexander the Pretty Good.

There is a method through which multiple mods may be installed on a single copy of Rome: Total War. This method saves time and memory for the users of mods in this format. This breakthrough should be greatly appreciated by the modding community, for it can ease the spreading and use of mods. I propose that all serious mods adopt this method for convenience and ease, strengthening the Total War modding community.

This method is called Mod Switcher - developed by The Trivium Organization.

Notes:

I am not associated with The Trivium Organization; however, I believe the merit of Mod Swicher compels me to promote this wonderful piece of software.

I hope modders will not be offended by my calling them to adopt practices developed by other modders.

I also hope that The Trivium Organization is not insulted by my trumpeting of their work.

I was driven to do this partly out of selfishness - I want lots of Mod Switcher-formatted mods to use with ease! I also did this in selflessness - I believe that Mod Switcher could help the casual mod-user [like myself] enjoy his or her experiances with mods. Undoubtledly, this will increase participation in mods, strengthening the community and allowing more mods to flourish.

If this post is in anyway arrogant and thus offensive, my humblest apologies.
