Default Unbalancing features of the game

Having played the game and having read this forum, I found that a lot of things in RTW are unbalanced. I frequently see it with:

-bribing. It's very easy to make enemy armies dissapear with your diplomat, even more so if you do it vs Roman factions as a Roman, because you get to keep the armies for yourself while hurting the AI.
-wardogs. they are super-effective and when you are careful with the handlers you can use them all again next turn.

Are there other features in the game the are this unbalancing and give an unfair advantage to the human player?

Thank you. I was starting to realise this...

Is it an idea to move my three threads to that subforum?
