erm... don't be surprised if it takes a really long time.
It took forever when I had a 3 warning level.

Seems kind of pointless considering we almost all adults who understand words. I admit I didn't know you couldn't swear or make sick jokes. Now can someone lower my warning level so I can edit my Avatar?

Giving or lifting of warnings is none of my business, but for what it's worth I second Byzantine Prince's humble request. I can understand what bugged him when he first came here, because there are so many horrible websites out there that it is hard to believe initially that the .org is such a rare exception. He has apologised to Solypsist for a particularly ill-considered post he made, and now he has apologised to us all. And his posting style has changed because he has, as stated in his own words somewhere, understood the benefit of the .org style of moderation. Hmm ... guess I musta missed somethin major. I figured DDave was just preoccupied with the youngin and the missus. As the others said, you ain't been missin' nuthin. I ain't even been lookin' in there half the time cuz the topics and chatter been so borin', and the beer's just as good in the Front Room.

You will not be able to see profiles of people placed in restricted accounts, for technical reasons to do with the operation of the board. IOW, it's not a staff policy, just the way things work. You should be able to see the vast majority of User Profiles though.
