    Default head hurling onager?

Would it be possible to modify the onager to launch a dozen or so heads? The heads would be the same ones thrown by the head hurlers. Itd be nice to make it as another option button but i guess a completely new unit would work as well.

    Any thoughts from anyone?

Having it fire several heads at once would be hard. You would have to make a new model for a projectile, which looked like lots of heads spaced out a bit. Then make a projectile which fires it. Making something that fires one head at a time would be easy, but a bit pointless. I haven't had a chance to say: welcome to the forumns shifty

I see what youre saying myrddraal but that would be kinda weird seeing the heads fly the same way every single time. Are you sure it wouldnt just be easier to take the briton head hurler's head projectile and fire several of them?

I guess you could first try and see if you can get the briton head hurlers to throw two heads each per throw. If thats possible then you could possibly transfer that to the onager that would shoot a dozen heads per throw.

I haven't really worked much on projetiles, I only have a basic understanding, I don't think its possible to fire more than one at a time.

Surely one head would be enough purely as a representation of the ammo and Morale effect. Sometimes the actual look of things are not as important as the effect you are trying to achieve.

No i would say in this case the look is much more important the effect. Would you rather a catapult launch a single head or the same catapult launch a dozen heads? Also if its only 1 head then theres no point. 1 head would do nothing.

it has been used often in real life, this usually lowered morale and it gave deseases :)

so it will be nice if throwning heads on the enemy soldiers will cause them to run away or something like that (damage their moral)
