    Default Does Ai retrain(upgrade) troops for armour and weapons?

    I've allowed Julii etc to progress to a stage where they have all the Buildings allowed for upgrades but it doesn't seem that they upgrade their troops for armour and weapons.

    If this is a defect in the ai routines then a mod could change things by placing these upgrades in the barracks series .
