This probably has been dealt with before but just in case...
Isn't bribing way too powerful? Not in the starting turns of a campaign but when you have established yourself and got a vast treasury chest. You can literally bribe your way throug Europe or wherever you wanna bribe your self to lands. And to not mention if your cities are under siege and yor closest army is several turns away, you just send the closest diplomat there and bribe them away... this sucks.
Of course you dont need to use this glitch it but sometimes it just feels like you must.
Shouldn't this be balanced in any way?
