just played a game where i have entered 9000000 as julii starting money in
C:\Program Files\activision\Rome - Total War\Data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign - descr_strat.txt. i also gave the greek cities 500000 & same to selucids & carthage - they now do much better & i have decent enemies to fight! i also made all pre-marian units[roman]
take 2 turns to build so that the above factions get thru the first stage. now i can fight against elephants cataphracts & spartan hoplites - thats what its all about isn't it!?
