So how about now?(I edited my previous post) Consider that all those unrest points are balanced with law points.
    Much better.

See, the thing about the clergy, is that they were feared/respected in the same way as an important nobleman was feared/respected. IMHO, to represent their importance spreading their faith, they should subtract from squalor, if possible, or from the "cultural penalty".

Here are a couple of others:

Inquisitor (catholics, ancilla): (this one DOES add to unrest): An inquisitor is a man whos mission is to erradicate evil. By any means. He might be a useful man to have, but a dangerous one too.
    + 3 law, + 5 unrest.

Monk (all except muslims, ancilla): A man of God, who spent most of his life in a monastery and now belongs to a court of a powerful man and takes care of the paperwork.

    +1 law, +2 influence.

    Default Re: Ancillaries

I think I'll rename this thread to Ancillaries - Traits - Titles, as we will eventually have to change also characters traits, at least some of them. I hope you're fine with it SwordsMaster?

Trait: Fear Of Open Spaces; Unussual malfunction of this man's mind makes it very difficult for him to command an army in the field. - 6 command

This would have to be a trait gained only when comming of age, pretty rare, but real trait.
