Max graphics options fix
I recently reformatted my comp, and after reinstalled RTW. Then I remembered that the Max options were low and that somewhere was a file which you could edit to change all that. It's not preferences.txt, this file is a massive table but I have no idea what its name is, and which directory it's in. I've searched the net and many forums with no luck, this fix seems to have been lost, does anyone remember this workaround?
