If the link doesn't direct properly to the thread and shows the main forum index, then just go to Category "Rome: Total War", then to subforum "Workshop", then to subforum "Modification and Conversion Projects" and look for the thread "Stronger Carthage & Ptolemaic Egypt Mod" (somewhere below all those stickies) and scroll through the pages untill you find them.
