Editing Unit Names

I was just thinking to myself last night - how much I hate the word Peasant.

To the extent that even tho I know its cheaper and better (larger unit size) to use them as garrisons, I dont because It I cant stand that peasants are looking after my towns.

I wanted to change their name to "Civilian Militia" Or "Civilian Garrison"

Is there an easy way to edit unit names?

Come to think of it I'd like to edit a bunch of unit names.

just go to the export_units.txt file
you can find the names and the description there.
