Hey,
I'm new to RTW and strategy games on the whole, i've been an action/RPG/racing gamer for a while now.
The year is 220 BC, yet to build an imperial palace (have the option now, will soon) - i've been expanding more than teching. I've taken over around 27 provinces, and now with the end of turn reports i've recieved a message saying the plrebeians would support me if I marched on Rome. Does this mean taking Rome will complete the imperial campaign and I will be victorious? Or would it throw me into a war with the Brutii and Scipii. I believe i'm ready to march on Rome, however taking on the other Roman factions is a whole other problem for which I think I am not ready yet (armies are too far stretched). Should I instead take over 50 provinces before marching on Rome?
Sorry, this is probably a totally obvious question, but I just don't want to screw up my whole campaign in pursuit of a quick-ish victory :).
Thanks for the help
-Vuki
