Are the weapons / armor bonii from the temples and the ironworks (blacksmiths, foundries, etc) cumulative? Will my Temple of * that produces +1 to weapons and the Blacksmith +1 weapons equal +2 weapon troops?

Are the weapons / armor bonii from the temples and the ironworks (blacksmiths, foundries, etc) cumulative? Will my Temple of * that produces +1 to weapons and the Blacksmith +1 weapons equal +2 weapon troops?

Further to earlier answers, using a armoury and temple of vulcan/hephestus/whatever is the only way to get gold rated weapons and armour

Though you can also do it with a foundry and pantheon of someone else, so long as one of your temple options is Vulcan/Hephaestus/whoever.
Eg Foundry + Pantheon of Neptune works for Scipiones, as the Pantheon has some of Vulcan's attributes.

with missile weapons you can just conquer macedon they only have temples of artemis or only build those
