    Default O crap!

Ok, this is realy odd so...

I have been trying to use the Vlad Total War MOD with RTW...

After downloading and instaling both. I tried to run the game...

It game me an error message and told me that it could not boot up...

So I poped the CD out and put it back in... and suddenly the game wont even let me onto the loading screen.

SO I went to add/remove programs and tried to remove RTW from my PC. And my PC froze mid uninstal.

After restarting my PC, I notice that the RTW icon is missing from my dsesk top, and from the Add/Remove programs list...

However, when I put the Cd back into the drive, it says that the game is still instaled...

My problem... I cant play RTW, and I cant get rid of RTW...

HAHAHA. That's funny man. I have a solution for you though.

First of all the game got half uniinstalled so what you need to do is delete it from the astual file. You have to find Total War file and delete it.

Ok now pop in your CD and open My Computer and then right click on the CD driver and click on open.

Then open up the Setup NOT the Autoplay. And there you go. Problem fixed.

You might have to delete the RTW registry entries, as this is what the install program is likely detecting when it says you already have the game installed.

    Mine are in Hkey_Local_machine/Software/TheCreativeAssembly

Hopefully that, along with removing any RTW files located on your HD, will clear it up.
Let me go back and face the peril!
