Sounds file are recorded in DAT format in Rome Total War, Does anyone know the existence of a tool, a programme an encoder which allow you to open DAT files, record your sounds and then save them as a DAT file?

I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE THE VOICES INCLUDING THE GENERAL'S SPEECH BEFORE THE BATTLE!!!!!
