What are the keys to get the minimal UI? And is there an option post-patch to toggle the battle timer on and off?

Not played RTW for a while but if my mind serves me correctly:

Minimal UI is in your preferences file. Currently set to FALSE, change to TRUE.

Battle timer is on your options menu, below Manage All Settlements I believe.

Ah right - I though there were keys to swap in and out of minimal UI on the fly. And I thought that the patch had introduced an option to toggle the timer on and off before individual battles - but that might be wishful thinking on my part!
