You need to post more replies/questions...whatevers. I think I read in another thread that the picture changes when you hit 50 posts, can't remember what too.

When you hit 500 you get to choose your name and picture. That or be a girl, which seems to have done the trick for Mariko. Oh and there are special ranks for clan leaders and champion type ppl I think. As it goes you've just gotta get posting.
