You guys aren't alone. I just ran into the problem myself with the Egyptians in 133BC. Have you had any luck resolving the issue? I'm about ready to get rid of the 1.2 patch.

WOW this is the first time I've been back to the guild since....like ages ago. lol
I don't play RTW anymore because of all the problem the game has, but I'm almost certain the issue of the end turn problem is still unresovled. I'm just gonna wait till the expansion comes out before I start playing again. I wish you the best of luck playing and maybe you have more patience than I do. If you or anyone else that reads this post find out a "remedy" for this fuc**ng thing then plz do share
