Thread: Computer vs. Computer?

    Default Computer vs. Computer?

Is there anyway to set up a battle between two computers and just observe? If not, is there possibly a mod that allows me to do so?

    CTRL A(selects all units)
    G (groups all units)
Then put them all under A.I. control

Sometimes you'll be surprised, funny how well the A.I. will behave when under observation.

Another way I just discovered was to put 1v1 computers and ally with one of them. Then just deply your units right by the battle feild border and withdraw from battle asap. You can then watch the rest of the battle with the full map.

Yes, but if it was a siege that may be a good thing, give defenders less so it is possible to overpower a defending army even if y6ou make a few mistakes. Realistically there would usually be many more troops assaulting a city than there would be defending it. Partly from starvation and also because the defenders probably lost a field battle before hand...
