    Default Building Browser Scroll in v1.2 working

    I got the building browser scrolling to work by left clicking on the scroll ball, dragging it down and then releasing the mouse button while the pointer is over the scroll ball. The third row remains displayed, and you can then select buildings in the third row for construction.
