Finally. Been lurking for a while (a rabid fan of the game for a year and the org for almost as long.) Great job on all aspects of this site. You have made the gaming experiance so much better.

Welcome to the Org, Avanti. I don't think you are experiencing an error: junior members cannot post in most forums except the guides and the Entrance Hall. This is to let them become used to the atmosphere here and to keep spammers, flamers, trolls and other internet-nuissances out. The system is a bit restrictive but if you post a few times in a friendly and helpfull manner, you will be a full member soon enough.

This is the first ever forum I had to do so many steps to just post anything !?!?
If someone wants to spam, it still can post several polite messages and then spam !!!

And now the worst thing will be that I will post question about MTW2 in some other subforum 'cause I cant post on the forum related to my question.

I'm used to posting on forums and this ones's great - I haven't posted many recently at school - too much marking and all to do but now my home internet connection is back up and running and I have the day off today I'd like to say that I should be posting more often on the forums that junior members are allowed on (no fair) so long as I get replies! lol.

Mattius Juslius has no connection to me other than the fact that we work in the same school and used my name without my permission but I'm going to let him off this time. He'll be pleased to know that I've got my place on a unerversity course - what do you know - for medicine and I can't wait to start it. Sadly it won't be in school time but he hasn't got one so I'm happy. He can be really annoying at showing off at times and is determined to create his own army of cybermen to take over the world - and some say he's sane. ps. he also looks nothing like his avatar - especially with the laurel leaves around his head!

aye. but i see had this problem and i read this thread and i was trying to say how it helped me and then see i got sidetracked and there are plenty of other people in this tread that have only come to welcome new members too as i have and shut up mattihus i'm scared of germs julius! sorry if this offends you mods but i had to put it. matthius is using the school network to mwrite most of his posts and if the ict technicians catch him then he'll be taken off the network because it's against the school rules!!!!!

Who else thinks he should be logged off (or is this classed as politics) I want to hear from some other new people who can't post in many other threads (is that ok with you matthew who is NOT in charge of me)

Ultimately, I asked one of the admins to activate my account and here I am.

Two things about the registration e-mail.
check your email in the User CP, and check you junk box(is that rigth?), maybe the e-mail is it in the Junk Box.

Oh I did all that. I even tried a different email address, but still nothing.

It's not a problem though, since I contacted an admin and they activated my account for me. Otherwise I wouldn't be posting here right now. lol

As a junior member, you're limited and can only post in the Entrance Hall (and the modding forums too, I guess).

Just post on a regular basis, keep your posts polite and civilised and after two or three weeks, you'll be promoted to member and then you can unleash your wisdom on all the other forums.

There is the possibility that things go wrong with your activation e-mail, just use the Contact us and provide your nick. We'll manually activate then.
