Defeat

I'm playing the prologue and after 300 AD my faction gets wipe out (Defeat). I'm doing well, I have failed only two or three Senate missions. Is this a bug? I tried loading previous files and been able to continue longer. butalways get the defeat.

yes it happens , it means that well you're ready for the full campain

Gosh! I was doing so great! I was expecting to continue kicking but until becoming Emperor. Is full campaign same difficulty as prologue? Thanks.

I keep hearing that the campaign is hard but the first and only time I played it (have played the first battle to unlock the imperial campaign a couple of times now) I won it... So I wonder what people do that I didn't and the other way round.

I have actually finished the prologue. I believe you have to take 8 regions or so, so I took all of Italy including the bit op Sicily (Messana) that is on the map. That should give you about 8 regions and then the prologue is over. It's not very easy to play though, because of the lack of regions your trade income is very low, so you have to keep conquering just to remain out of debt...
