Tech tree

With the game comes this nice map, wich has the roma tech tree on the backside.
It also says that you can find the other factions tech trees in the game. I couldn`t find them however.
What I want to know if it is really true that pontus can build neiter sewers nor paved roads? That seems quite poor for a civilized faction to me.

In the game, I think they consider Pontus more "eastern" than "Greek."

You can find the tech trees by opening a city information screen and then clicking on the top icon in the bottom left corner. The tooltip refers to it as the 'building browser'. This shows you the buildings that you can build, right up to huge city level. As far as I can remember Pontus can have both sewers and paved roads. I might be wrong though.
