You should really learn how to use the Unit Guide for yourself. Look up the stats for a particular unit and various bonuses, look at the terrain where they are employed (desert or green hills really makes a difference) and see how they can be matched with different types of units in maneuvers. Every unit has its distinct advantage which can only be exploited in conjunction with those of other types of unit. Trial and error will complete your, um, education. It takes a while, but it's worth your time and energy.

To that, does anyone know where i can find a good MTW:VI printable tech tree that is not adobe and also a good unit stats look-up-mobober?

Check for the unit guide in the main hall, it contains a link to a tool that allows to compare all MTV and VI unit stats.

Yeah i did that but found that all of the material was crappy black and white box diagrams. Im talking about good quality stuff.
