It could be interpreted as hinting at a "Fall of Rome"/"Barbarian invasion" theme for the hypothetical expansion pack.
But then again, it could just be another heap of unfinished business lying about.

It looks like the TC leftovers.

I have found every unit from TC in it. Even Greek Sacred Band, Persian infantry of various sorts and Hittite units. Units that should not be part of the game at all (with regards to just a bit historical accuracy).

But at least I have been convinced to rename Eastern Infantry to Sparabara (the indication was in the name for the soldiertexture previously) and Eastern Mercs to Sparabara Mercs.
