Parthian strategies

Ok, after installing HA-fix, I decided to play as Partians (H/H).

I think Selucids are good target for my horse archers.

I'm not sure is it good tactic to try something against
Armenians or Scythians (since they have HA too).

Also, what after I get most of Selucids, will Egypt start getting agresive, what about Armenia and Pontus?

What's best place to move capital, after I get access to mediterran sea.

So, any advice on strategic planning will be useful.

And one tactic question:
What's best way to assault stone walls, Hillmen and lots of luck?
