Will you be putting the Evocati Militia in your mod? I've recently been reading a few books on the histories of the 10th and then the 14th legion and in both there are many mentions of them. They're basically retired legionarries around 50+ yrs old who keep their weapons and armor and train semi-regularly and are called up in times of emergencies.

or thracian cavalry, Celtic cavalry for romans, cataphracts for romans, Parthian Kardake (parthian royal gaurds armed with spears) Parthian takabara (heavy infatry armed with swords), Mercenary Agrianos (good trained but unarmoured javelineers)
