Louis,
Oh no not another onethe good, the bad, and the ugly is a fantastic movie. the definitive spaghetti western, and undoubtedly one of the best westerns ever.. Yes its a good movie for what it is. But its still a dubbed spaghetti western . Hardly the best western of all time or even the best Clint Eastwood movie of all time. Kellys Heroes blows it away off the top of my head. Next someones going to claim that Enter the Dragon is the best movie of all time

Doctor Strangelove.

Withnail and I - funny, sad, brilliantly acted, endlessly quotable, amazing soundtrack....
Closely followed by Excalibur and The Wicker Man.
If Gawain and I ever hang out one evening, we'll have to ban all political discussion and just enjoy our favorite movies together. In this regard, he has damned good taste.Originally Posted by Gawain of Orkeny

The Big Lebowski
Yeah it's danish, and quite brutal (about a son making a speech about the fathers abuse of him and his sister at his fathers birthday). Fine movie, shot in the "dogme"-style, ie. shaky, grainy, murky pictures.Originally Posted by Sigurd Fafnesbane
I get to name a picture too: "Crybaby"! A lovely musical with Johnny Depp.
