    Default Distributed computing team?

Just curious, does the Guild have a distributed computing team that can be joined. I've allways tended to join the forum that I am most active in, and that would be this at the moment.

For those who don't know, this is distributed computing

    Hello dgb,

I'mnot quite sure I follow. I know what distributed computing is, but I don't understand 'does the Guild have a distributed computing team'. You mean sponsor/affiliate with one or have one of our own for this forum?

Basically you create a team through it, and anyone can join, not sponsoring or anything, just rather than individual users providing power on their own, the members of the forum join together. So your right, it's an affiliation.

Not that it actually creates more results or anything, it's just a fun little extra to go with it.

But anyway, I take it the answer is no , if you wanted to create a team that's fine. As I said, I usually give the points from my efforts (not the right word, more like donations) to the forum where I spend most time. Some forums/sites have significantly active teams, others are just small.
