    Default Faction Creation Guide?

    I'm wanting to create a small faction based in the north of the Peloponesus (a very small faction). How would I go about doing that? Is there a guide like there is for MTW? Is it possible?

    New factions cannot be added in RTW. The existing (21) factions can be modified, but not added to.
