Has anyone modified the offical campaign to just make it not end after 50 colonies?

Has anyone modified the offical campaign to just make it not end after 50 colonies? I've replayed RTW a few times and it always irritates me that the game ends once I've captured 50 colonies and Rome. I want to conquer everything! Has anyone made a mod like this or anyone willing to tell me how to do it myself?

Thanks in advance for reading this. I know I'm not alone in wanting to see a mod like this. I just think it would be cool to capture all of the areas that were once part of the Roman Empire.

sorry but I don't think so, nobodys modded the victory conditions as far as I know.

The 1.2 patch now gives you the option to continue but if you are playing 1.1 just quick save the game when the victory conditions appear, exit to the main menu and continue the campaign you can then carry on and conquer the rest of the map
