Default Is there a guide to V&V's available?

I have recently started my first MTW VI campaign (danish, early, medium) and I have played without bothering too much about the abilities of my king/heirs/generals, other than their command rating. Last night I figured out that one can assign governor titles to generals (dooh ), and there is something called V&V's that accually can be quite bad/good.

I have browsed this forum and the one at .com, and I have found some bits and pieces of info, but no specific guide to V&V's, their effects and how to get them. I'm also looking for info on the specfic effects of my king's/governor's influence, piety, dread, acumen.
General Sir Anthony Cecil Hogmaney Melchett: That's the spirit, George. If nothing else works, then a total pig-headed unwillingness to look facts in the face will see us through.

I d recommend froggys (aka "Our Lady of the Pond") beginners guide to learn about most of them. in short you can "farm" V&V - eg builder - great builder - magnificent builder by just doing that: building For steward you have to build mines if you want the no mercy - butcher V &V you have to kill prisoners etc.
For acumen - the higher the better - I m not sure but it is something like 5% per acumen on increased income for governors and 2% for the king. Its usually best to award governorships to "ex" princes as they are mostly high in acumen and command.
For governors also consider dread (the skulls) as it helps keeping rebellions in check.

    hope that helps

Somewhere there is an excellent spreadsheet - I printed it off once, but can't find it right now.

There is a more modest text listing of the V&V's available from the files section above - here's a link: http://tosainu.demon.nl/files/AutoIn...=MTW_V%26V.zip
