How do i host games using...

Hello.

Ive been trying to host Shogun total war Wasr lord edition over a VPN for a while now, But VPN wont send udp diagrams so i cant see the games...

Any way i found a program called fakesrv and edited my internet.cfg ip adresses.
no problems and when i say play on eaplay it says loging in to server, and my ip adress joins fakesrv window,
Then others join and their ip adresses also join the server window, and says Login in to server.

And thats about it, How do i fix it?
how do i get to set up the game that i wish to host after doing that, and how do we actualy play,

I dont think ive done anything wrong, any help would be apreitiated.
