Thread: Speeding up cav units?

  1. #1

    Default Speeding up cav units?

can someone point me to the file/change that would need to be made to make cavalry 'move' faster across the battlemap? I know that they might 'slide' a bit, but thats ok.

    Thanks!

I've heard this is impossible because there are only two skeletons for mounts; fast and medium. This drives me insane watching Numidian cav get mowed down by Equites.

Hopefully someone who knows more than me can chime in with more information.

I believe you can edit the speeds of the mounts, I'm not sure to what extent it is possible to edit skeletons, I think you can create a new one called medium mount or something. You'd have to get more detail from a modeller.

You can use vercin's animation packer since it has a function with what you casn set the speed of units but you must do this to every animation.
