I remember watching a program on BBC3, body hits I think it was called. It said that drinking alcohol makes you want sweet food and this is supposed to make you fat.
I've never drunk over 10 glasses of orane juice in a single night though.
And I only consider it 'letting myself go' when I go over those 10 glasses...
