how to manage settlements with ease

There are small arrows on the top of the province screen - that goes through your ones in alphabetical order. HTH.

actually ive noticed that, any other easier way to maintain build and recruit with much ease?

To the right of the minimap in the upper left corner is an arrow, click on that and it will bring up an options panel.

Select autotax and automanage and auto-assign if you want the computer to do it for you.

Otherwise, you'll need to manage each province.

I like the SP campaign mode because I have ot manage each province, that's the main part of the game.

If you want to just fight the battles, but don't like the management part, try coming online and giving multiplayer a try.

dont get me wrong, i like managing the campaign map, its just that i find it needlessly boring after i have conquored half the map and u have to go through each settlement clicking on what to build/hire next. wouldnt it be much easier to have hotkeys or a scroll that lists which settlement needs attention like in rtw?

Well, it would be nice if there were a list with all of the provinces that have nothing in the build queue and another with empty unit queue...
