    For example, if one would want to make the senate demand the player to give a city to SPQR, what parametres should be used?

    descr_senate.txt has missions called "Break_Alliance", "Cease_Hostilities", "Declare_War", "Give_Back_City", "Exact_Tribute", "Subjugate", "Broker_Peace", "Make_Trade_Agreement", "Get_Map_Info", "Appease", "Make_Alliance", "Give_Cash", and "Annex_City". I don't know if those are related. As for target, I'd guess faction IDs.

    No, that's not what I'm after. As far as I know, diplomacy_mission gives an AI faction an order to do some politics, e.g. make an alliance.. descr_senate missions are just for the senate missions. Although they are quite similar.. Might be worth trying those out, dunno why I didn't try them out before.
