I hate "poor farmer", "poor trader" traits. Help?

Hi RTW fans! Please help me. What should I do if I want not to get those stupid traits, that really piss me off. I've downloaded some fixes for those traits from TW center, but it doesn't seem to help. I always try to build farms and trade buildings, but my governors always get bad traits, I've never seen someone get some very positive traits. So what should I do? Any suggestions? I'd be very thankful for that. Peace (not in a game of course :))

The thing is, that 8% chance to get point in poor farmer triggers every time you make non-farm building (which happens often), and 100% chance to get point in good farmer every time you make a farm building.

But, since threasholds for good farming traits are very high (needs lots of points), and threashold for poor farmer are low (one 1 point per one level of negative trait), is's difficult to get good farmer, but easy to get poor farmer.

Still, there is one good thing in it.
While getting good farmer is difficult, it's rellay easy to get rid of poor farmer.

Just let governer make a farm, and he'll lose poor famer trait (100% chance to get point in good farmer). If city has all farm upgrades, just move governor to city that doesn't not and make a farm.

Of course, if governer already got to worst stadium of poor farmer (Loathes Farmers), there is no help for him, since then points of good farmer would do no good.
