    There are no Anglo and Saxon tribes around the time of the fall of the Roman Empire?That is one reason they lost Germania as those tribes being pagan started to fight the Romans and drove them out atleast Nothern Germany.Thanks.

    They have included all the German tribes as one Germania faction because having all the tribes in the game as factions would be silly. Same with Gaul and Brittania.
