Default Going to the Science Olympiad Nationals

    First a little backround.

The Science Olympiad is a competition were various schools come together and participate in various events. I for example participated in astronomy( a written test), Wright Stuff(rubber band powered airplane. For some odd reason it would dive when we tried to fly it, turns out we were winding it the wrong way ), and Physics Lab. I and my respective partners placed first, second, and third respectively. But much more importantly, my school placed first in the state and gets to go to nationals in late May

    Ok, boast over.

I'm in Science Olympiad as well, but our highschool have only been into it for a couple years now. Good luck with that. I have a friend doing astronomy. It's like she checked out the entire library studying for it.
"And one should bear in mind that there is nothing more difficult to execute, nor more dubious of success, nor more dangerous to administer than to introduce a new order to things; for he who introduces it has all those who profit from the old order as his enemies; and he has only lukewarm allies in all those who might profit from the new. This lukewarmness partly stems from fear of their adversaries, who have the law on their side, and partly from the skepticism of men, who do not truly believe in new things unless they have personal experience in them."
