Default Location of generals, signifers and musicians in a formation

Hello, there are plans to make considerable animation changes to the standard bearers in the game:

However, this would probably be significantly improved, realism-wise, if we could control where the standardbearers were in relation to the rest of the unit. Does anyone know how to control where they end up? Maybe it'd be even possible to take out their "attacking advance" animations, so they could not advance with the rest of their troops to fight, and would stay in the back. :) Some neat ideas there...

As far as I'm aware, we don't know how to do this at the moment. Even in Duke John's work with different unit formations, the officers were still placed automatically.
