I did - that's the information overload I was referring to. I played 12 years and made six A4 sides of densely written notes. Perhaps not surprising given that I fought 72 battles, almost all manually. In 12 years of MTW, I think you'd tend to fight a lot less than that.

    Wow! Six A4's!
I barely fill one A5 side, as I tend to keep on playing, thinking "okay I'll write that down in a second, first I move this diplomat, oh yes, there's still a spy up north that needs to be replaced...-hmm where shall I send this new family member to?" I just forget to write down a lot
Not to mention the many times that I lost such an A5 in the mess on my desk

It took me 3 and a half A4s for my archives, and that is because I had reached my 10 provs maximum and just concentrated on building and upgrading stuff for the last 3-4 years of my reign....

Hmmm. I only jotted down six things: "Reforms", "Reunification", "Damme->Batavorium", "Crushes Meriadoc", "Segestes Vesantio".

I have saved games though to crib some names and refresh the memory, not to mention the screenshots.

    Quick question.

Is anybody picking up this game (or did anyone download the game)?

If not, then I'll have a go again.

Problem: I cannot access the PBM download page, so can the one who played last (YAKOBU or Emperor Umeu??), please e-mail the savegame to tricky_lady at scarlet dot be. Please mention your forum name and "Germania PBM" in the subject box or the mail will be deleted

    Hi Tricky Lady

My sentiments exactly. I'm getting a little tired of everyone wanting to join a PBEM and then the PBEM dying a death as people disappear. It's getting to the point where I consider only letting well established members join as they are more reliable. If people are having problems completing their turn all they have to do is inform the rest of the group via the PBEM thread. No news is usually bad news as they say.

P.S. Apologies if I sound like I'm on a crusade but I've just had a run in with my 5 year old son and may have lost .

Have you finished this PBM yet? Otherwise, I'd be happy to play a reign..
