    The best way to lose weight is by cycling.

    I try to do 4 miles a day when I am on holiday/weekends. Last year I was doing 8 miles a day.

    i'm 175 cm and i weigh 60 kg can someone translate that to Ibs or pounds and ??? the 6'0 system

    lb's are pounds, like cm is centimeters

    60 kilogram = 132.2773573 pound

    175 centimetres = 5.7414698 feet

    so your 5"7 and 132 lb

    thanx but i don't think Ibs and pounds look very similar so a common mistake i think
