Paved Roads in Briton

No I don't give a rat's ass about realism, if I did I'd want to replace all those caucasians south of Dracia with ebony complected people.

All I want, and this is the one and only thing I want, are paved roads in Briton. I don't want a huge mod that changes several hunred things, I don't want to redo my entire army, I don't want anything so fantastic. Just one simple thing, Paved roads in Briton.

So I ask, how do I edit the building scheme so that I can have paved roads in Briton? I can text edit script, I've been modding black and white for ages, all I need is a point in the right direction.

To clarify, I want to be able to build paved roads while controlling the British.

That's all I want, and there is a lot that I frankly don't want.

Well, I figured it out on my own anyway. Funny I've seen other such questions being asked on other forums. Anyway, now how do I make the description and icon match the description and icon a roman would see if building a paved road.
